IN 2019, MORE THAN A QUARTER OF HOUSEHOLDS IN NEW YORK CITY WERE SEVERELY RENT-BURDENED, SPENDING 50% OR MORE OF THEIR INCOME ON RENT. WE REMAIN DEDICATED TO PROVIDING AND CREATING HOUSING FOR THE MOST RENT BURDENED NEW YORKERS AND RELY ON PARTNERSHIPS IN OUR HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT WORK TO HELP THESE HOUSEHOLDS AND THEIR NEIGHBORHOODS THRIVE.
